Email Connection Settings

When setting up your email, it is important that your settings match. This article covers a complete set of matching settings to use for each desired email configuration for our servers.

Windows Servers

Normal Connection Settings

Normal SMTP:

  • Username: Full email address.
  • Password: The password for the address you wish to access.
  • Outgoing Mailserver/ Server Hostname: mail.example.com
  • Port: 25 or 26
  • SSL: None
  • Authentication: Normal Password Authentication

Normal IMAP:

  • Username: Full email address.
  • Password: The password for the address you wish to access.
  • Incoming Mailserver/ Server Hostname: mail.example.com
  • Port: 143
  • SSL: None
  • Authentication: Normal Password Authentication

Normal POP3:

  • Username: Full email address.
  • Password: The password for the address you wish to access.
  • Incoming Mailserver/ Server Hostname: mail.example.com
  • Port: 110
  • SSL: None
  • Authentication: Normal Password Authentication

open your panel and select mail then press this icon to show your data connection for mobile or outlook or manual for other devices .
